A SPACE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SYSTEM IS RESPONDING TO.
You may come with stress, tension, sleep problems, relationship patterns, sexual pressure, burnout, or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel right.
We slow things down, map out what is happening, work with the body and integrate what emerges.

WHY PEOPLE COME.
Sometimes the problem is clear. Sometimes you only know that something feels off.
People come with different symptoms, but often with the same underlying sense that something is not working the way they want it to.

Stress and overwhelm

Tension in the body

Poor sleep & recovery

Relationship patterns

Sexual pressure

Something is off

THE SYMPTOM IS NOT ALWAYS THE WHOLE STORY.
What keeps your system activated may be connected to things like:
WE START WITH YOU.
What we do depends on what you are experiencing, what shows up in the session and what your system seems to need.

UNDERSTAND
We make sense of what is happening in your life, thoughts, emotions and body.

EXPLORE
We follow what emerges sensations, patterns, beliefs, memories, reactions or emotions.
WORK WITH WHAT IS NEEDED
From there, we may use conversation, breathwork, movement, massage, body awareness, stillness or other embodied practices.
WHAT A SESSION CAN LOOK LIKE.
You don’t need to arrive with answers. We find the starting point together.
WE SLOW THINGS DOWN
We arrive, settle and turn attention inward so you can notice what is happening right now.
WE TALK & MAP IT OUT
We explore what is going on - your situation, patterns, thoughts, emotions and the signals your body is giving you.
WE WORK WITH THE BODY
Depending on what is needed, this may include breathwork, movement, massage, body awareness, stillness or other embodied practices.
WE INTEGRATE
We slow down again, notice what shifted and make sense of what you want to carry with you after the session.
BODY-BASED WORK.
Not every session includes every element. We use what is relevant to what you are experiencing.

A private space to slow down, understand what is going on beneath the stress and work with what your body is responding to.
Recommended for your first session.
Enough time to slow down, map out what is going on and begin working with the body.
More space for deeper exploration, embodied work and integration without feeling rushed.
For patterns that benefit from continuity, deeper work and support over time.
THIS WORK MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

You function well on the outside, but rarely feel fully relaxed.
You get things done, but your system rarely seems to switch off.

Stress is beginning to show up elsewhere.
In your sleep, relationships, sexuality, energy, focus or ability to recover.

You understand yourself intellectually, but the pattern keeps returning.
You may already know why you react the way you do, but knowing hasn’t been enough to change it.

You have been under pressure for a long time.
You may be recovering from prolonged stress or simply notice that your system is carrying more than it used to.

You feel disconnected from your body, emotions or sense of aliveness.
You spend a lot of time in your head and find it difficult to feel grounded or present.

Something feels off, even if you can’t clearly explain what.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a perfect explanation to begin exploring it.
This work is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care when that is needed.
WHAT CLIENTS EXPERIENCED.
Sebastien brings a calm, grounded masculine presence together with sensitivity and intuition.
I felt held throughout the session, with space for what was unspoken to unfold naturally. His guidance, presence and use of breath created a deep sense of safety and regulation.
"
"
Sebastien’s presence is steady, respectful and deeply caring. The sessions felt both powerful and subtle at times expansive, at other times soft and deeply nourishing.
What stood out most was his authenticity, integrity and ability to create an atmosphere of trust before, during and after the session.
"
I came to Sebastien because I was struggling with premature ejaculation and carrying a lot of pressure around sex.
One session helped me see how much tension and expectation I was bringing into intimacy, and completely changed the way I approached sex.
It became less about performance and more about connection, playfulness and actually enjoying the experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on? No. You can come with a clear issue, or simply a sense that something feels off. We start with what is present and map it out together.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session? No. There is no homework or preparation required beforehand. You do not need to arrive with the right words or a complete explanation. You may receive exercise to work on between sessions, if you choose to do so.
What happens during a session? We usually slow things down, talk and map out what is happening, work with the body where relevant, and finish by integrating what came up.
What can body-based work include? Depending on what is relevant, it may include breathwork, movement, body awareness, stillness, massage or therapeutic touch, alongside conversation.
Do I have to receive massage or touch? No. Touch is never assumed. It is always discussed beforehand, and you can say no, change your mind or stop at any time.
Is this tantra? Some of my training and tools come from tantra and embodied practices, but sessions are not based on a fixed tantric protocol. We start with what you are experiencing and use what is relevant.
How many sessions will I need? There is no fixed number. Some people come for one specific issue, while others benefit from working over time. We can decide together based on what you want to work with and what emerges.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment? No. This work can complement other forms of support, but it does not replace medical or psychiatric care when that is needed.
